It is a full size watch - it measures 36mm in diameter, the same size as a Rolex Datejust.
Featuring an officially certified automatic chronometer movement with quick-set date and a robust stainless steel case with screwed in back for extra water-resistance, this late 60's - early 70's era Omega demonstrates why the Constellation was the company's flagship line.
Powered by the company's caliber 1001 chronometer engine, it united performance with presentation.
It has all of its original parts and has just finished a true expertly done restoration - it presents in gorgeous condition.
Its case is mint with perfect high polish facets. The bracelet presents as just short of perfect mint with only fairly mild stretch - on the wrist it presents as mint. And the Omega dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
One of our Master Watchmakers, who used to be the watchmaker for an authorized Rolex dealer and was given special training by Rolex at their Beverly Hills Service Center to be an authorized Rolex watchmaker, has fully serviced the watch which consists of fully disassembling the movement, carefully inspecting each part, replacing any overly worn components with genuine Omega parts, installing a new mainspring, reassembling and lubricating the movement, and extensive timing testing and regulation (a $695 value). It is running exceedingly strong and true, keeping time better than many brand new Omega in our testing recording position.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
