The Vapor Velocity elbow pads are a Source for Sports exclusive pad released with the new 2022 Vapor protective series. It includes various features true to the Vapor line, including a sublimated Thermomax liner, two-piece Fit caps, and strategically placed comfort lock straps.
Bicep & Forearm Protection
The bicep and forearm are independent of each other, so you can have more freedom in your movements. PE inserts in the forearm have been molded anatomically to provide solid impact protection.
Elbow Cap
The elbow caps are two-piece for better movement and more flexibility. The Fit caps have an anatomical fit and have been molded to fit closer to your arm, subsequently making the pads much more efficient and seamless to move in.
Strapping System
The Velocity elbow pads use comfort lock straps, which have a good balance between toughness and flexibility. These straps vary in design across the elbow pad, depending on what they are strapping in, so you can have the closest and most comfortable fit possible that won’t impede your game.
Liner
The liner for the Velocity is Bauer’s Thermomax sub liner. Thermomax is amazing at repelling sweat and odour, keeping your pads fresher for longer. The liner will also keep you cool and comfortable while you are in your equipment.
