The Bauer X Select pants are a Source for Sports exclusive model based on the Bauer Vapor X700 pants with upgraded logos as well as added padding for greater protection. The Vapor line of pants offers a tapered fit constructed with a standard sized opening at the waist that moves into a close to the body fit through the legs. This construction allows for quick, agile movements for players that are looking for the ultimate in durability.
The spine protection features molded MD foam as well as PE sheets to provide better impact properties and reduce the weight of the pant while still offering adequate protection. The hips feature molded dome construction caps to disperse impacts away from your hip joint and the thighs offer a split pad to ensure protection wraps around your leg.
The X Select pants fasten with an internal belt to keep it tight to the body and a skate lace tie to provide a more comfortable feel. As an upgrade the pants feature the external padded belt which uses a layer of MD foam for protection around the waist. As well, the X Select pants have an added belly pad to offer protection higher up the body and feature an embroidered logo on the thigh for a high quality look.
