How do I access my eBook?

Once you have purchased an eBook, we will send you an enrolment key within 4 working hours  from your purchase. You can go to vitalsource.com, create your account and input the enrolment key to activate the product

You can view your eBook through the platform, and download to a mobile or tablet device for offline viewing.
Notes, bookmarks and annotations will synchronise between devices.

We advise that you use Google Chrome when accessing and downloading our eBooks and apps.

Do you have an app?

Yes. Download the mobile app 'vitalsource' from the Google Play store or the Apple App store.

Providing you have previously accessed your eBooks via the website vitalsource.com, you will be able to log in to the app using the same credentials and download your eBooks to your device for offline viewing.

Our app can currently only be used on mobile and tablet devices.

Can I access my eBook offline?

Yes, you can currently access your eBook offline on mobile and tablet devices.

First you must access your eBooks on vital source.com, a link to which you will receive in your confirmation email.

Launch each of your eBooks using that website (from the main screen with the product tiles). Only by accessing all of your eBooks via this platform will it ensure they are also available via the mobile app.

Then you can download the app 'BPP eBooks' using the links to the Google Play store or the Apple App store which are on the main product screen.

Once you have downloaded the app you will be able to login using the same credentials and access your eBooks. You will be given the opportunity to download each of your titles so you can use them offline.

On a desktop, eBooks can currently only be viewed online.

Can I print my eBook?

No, there is no printing capability available for our eBooks.

Can I download the eBook as a PDF or use it outside of the app?

No, the content is protected and will remain within the app.

What devices support your eBooks?

All Apple and android devices are supported (smartphone and tablet). eBooks can also be accessed on desktops/laptops running Windows 7 onwards and MAC.

Can my eBook expire?

Access to your eBook (including via desktop or mobile app) will continue for a period of 18 months from the date of your confirmation email. However, if your account is unused for a period of three months, your account may be deactivated. Your account will be reactivated (up to the period of 18 months from the date of your confirmation email) upon logging into your account, but you may lose any previously stored notes, annotations or bookmarks.
