Featuring an officially certified automatic chronometer movement with quick-set date and a robust gold cap case, this late 60's - early 70's era Omega demonstrates why the Constellation was the company's flagship line.

Pleasingly full size for the era, it measures 36.3mm side, slightly larger than a Rolex Datejust.

These are more often seen in stainless steel. We love the look of this gold capped example with gloss black dial. It has the look of solid gold for a fraction of the price.

The case presents as just short of mint. The dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.

As part of the restoration a Master Watchmaker has freshly overhauled it. It is running very strong and true, keeping time nearly on par with a brand new Omega chronometer in our testing position.

For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new calfskin leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
