New for 2022 from CCM is the updated Tacks protective line. The Tacks Vector Plus elbow pads are a Source for Sports exclusive pad that combines powerful protective features from higher-end gear with a more affordable price point. Features include a JDP elbow with a molded EVA foam cover, an AS-V middle lock strap, and a two-piece floating guard.
Bicep & Forearm Protection
The bicep is guarded by an articulated, reinforced, two-piece floating guard. The two-piece construction is built to give you pro-level protection, no matter how you move on the ice. The reinforcement and printing over the bicep guard have been molded after that in the AS 580 pad.
Elbow Cap
The JDP elbow features a molded EVA foam cover to offer elite-level protection. This elbow cap design is wider and focuses on dispersing impact force out and away from the bone, keeping your elbows safe from harm.
Strapping System
The Vector Plus uses the same middle lock strap as the AS-V to ensure the pads are locked on your arm comfortably. The forearm strap is made of tough nylon with a high-tensile weave, keeping it durable and allowing for a fully customizable fit.
Liner
The liner is antimicrobial and laminated to easily wick away moisture and repel odour while you play while still being comfortable. The protective comfort donut helps with cushioning and keeping impact as far from the bone as possible.

The CCM Tacks Vector Plus Junior Hockey Elbow Pads are available in Small, Medium, Large, and XLarge sizes.
